Refund policy

At CLIQGLOW, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Sealed products must have their seal intact; opened or used items cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

If we receive a return that does not meet these conditions, the item will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we will charge a new shipping fee to return the item to you. If any free gifts were included in your original order but are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival at our facility. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@cliqglow.com, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
